Gangneung Citizens Football Club failed to win their first home game again.

Led by ‘Gangneung native’ Kim Do-geun, Gangneung Citizen Football Club drew 0-0 with Siheung Citizen Football Club in the 14th round of the 2023 K3 League on Nov. 11 at Gangneung General Sports Complex.

Gangneung has not been able to overcome the injury absence of key players such as Kang Yong-seok, who has scored the most goals in the league this season with six, and Park Kyung-bae, who joined the team on loan from Gangwon FC. With just 10 points (W2 D4 L7), including four draws in their last eight games, the team has slipped to 13th place out of 15 teams in the league 메이저놀이터.

Gangneung is determined to rebound in the second half of the league.

“We will reinforce players in the right positions through the transfer market starting on the 23rd,” Kim said, “and we will compensate for the problems that were revealed in the first half of the season in the second half.”

Meanwhile, Gangneung will play the last game of the first half of the league on May 16 at Busan Gudeok Stadium against Busan Transportation Corporation Football Club.
